ERIC HARVIE BA 1986 LLB 1992

Eric Harvie B.A. L.L.B. is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and opened his law office in Banff in 1995. He has built a law practice that, by design, adds value to his business clients operating in a tourism-based economy. In addition to providing legal services for corporate law and commercial transactions, Eric provides legal advice on the host of unique laws and regulations applicable to business operations in the Bow Valley, with an emphasis on the federal laws in Banff National Park. He believes a competent business lawyer must be both a critical and strategic thinker for the client.

Eric Harvie resides in Banff, is married with two children and is active in outdoor recreation, community volunteer projects and volunteers as a director on several cultural based boards.
